Precision Tolerances ±0.005” (±0.127 mm) achievable with calibrated machines and stable materials
Minimum Feature Size ~0.040” (1.0 mm), limited by tool diameter and spindle control.
Wall Thickness Minimum recommended: 0.080” (2.0 mm) for structural integrity.
Draft Angle Not typically required, but a 1–2° angle may help with assembly or if routing through thicker materials or laminated composites.
