0.5mm is the minimum diameter for holes, but larger diameters (2mm+) are recommended for better material flow and structural integrity.

Support Placement Considerations

Support structures should be placed strategically on overhangs or complex geometries to avoid print failure. Try to minimize support material to reduce post-processing.

Orientation for Surface Quality

To achieve the best surface finish, position the part with the largest flat area parallel to the build plate. This reduces layer lines and enhances the cosmetic quality of the part.
