Minimum Wall Thickness Maintain a minimum wall thickness of 2 mm for soft materials and 3 mm for harder materials to ensure stability during routing and avoid breakage.
Text Text engraving should have a minimum character height of 2 mm and a depth of at least 0.5 mm to ensure legibility after routing. Avoid intricate fonts smaller than 1 mm in height.
