    Absolutely. We coordinate heat treatment services including through-hardening to 58-62 HRC for bearing steels, case hardening for selective surface hardness, stress relieving for dimensional stability, and black oxide or hard chrome plating for corrosion protection. All treatments include hardness verification and documentation.
     

  • Can you provide both machining and grinding services?

    Yes, we offer complete processing including CNC milling for general features, precision turning for round components, and surface grinding, cylindrical grinding, and jig grinding for critical motion surfaces. This integrated capability ensures optimal geometry, surface finish, and dimensional accuracy without outsourcing, saving time and maintaining quality control.
